3. baggy clothing, cuz nothing says more hood than clothing that is 3 times too big
4. hat---must be color coordinated with the rest of your outfit
6. dance party---good times, ghetto people. you know your hood when theres children featured in the video (i.e. Pop Lock and Drop it)
